Q: Is it hard to communicate with a Korean client from Vietnam? Anna - It's all about trust. I made my own system from Day 1. In the morning: I send a message: "This is my plan for today." In the evening: I send an update: "I have finished these tasks. Here are the files." That's it! It's so simple. My client welcomed this system. My main contact at the company has changed 3-4 times, but the work is never interrupted. This system builds trust and makes remote work easy.

Q: What's the best part of working for PICKDI vs. freelance? Anna: 1. Stable Income: As a freelancer, some months are busy, some are very quiet. 🎁 Q: Wow! Any stories that show the clients are "nice"? Anna - Yes, I have a great one! When I first started, my client wanted to send me product samples to help me build better 3D models. They sent a HUGE box with full-size products, even brand-new ones not on the market! But... the box got stuck at customs! It was a big problem. I had to ask our CEO for help. He, the client, and I all worked together to solve it. When the client sent a new box, they included a message: "Please share these and use them with your family." They didn't have to do that. They could have just sent photos. It showed me they "have heart" and see me as a true partner, not just a remote employee.
