J-Repertory — Creative PR Agency Based in Seoul J-Repertory is a digital media PR agency helping brands and government clients tell their stories through social media, YouTube, and other online platforms. Founded in 2015, we're a fast-growing, youth-driven team of over 100 creatives (average age: 27) aiming to lead the next wave of digital advertising. We're now hiring a Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. If you’re confident in your visual storytelling—regardless of experience—we’d love to see your work! JOB DESCRIPTION - Designing visuals for social media posts and website banners - Creating infographic-style images for news articles - Making image mockups for project proposals - Producing content aligned with our design portfolio style - Turning briefs from Korean PMs into polished final designs JOB REQUIREMENTS - Graphic design experience based on position level: - Fresher: No experience required - Specialist: 2+ years of relevant experience - Proficient in designing various formats such as social media posts, posters, and infographics - Able to create Korean-language design content using AI tools - Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup - You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account. JOB PREFERENCES - Interest in and understanding of Korean culture - Business-level Korean speaking skills - Experience working remotely with Korean or international teams Clear communication across phone, chat, or email Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule WORKING CONDITIONS Workplace: 100% Remote work Employment Type: Service Contract Role Work Days & Hours: Follow the client's working time Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 working days/month) Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT +7) Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7) Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines. You cannot join as a part-time employee, work flexible hours, or work for two companies during the designated working hours. Payment Varied by Position Fresher: 8 ~ 10M VND /month Specialist: 14M ~ 16M VND /month Payment details 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy - Trial period: 2 months After the trial period, we will extend your contract based on your performance. Contracts will be issued through Pickdi's branch company, Kollab Agency, located in Vung Tau, Vietnam.
