Q: Hi Rosie! You have an impressive background. Why did you choose a remote job at Pickdi? Rosie - I previously worked at big companies in Vietnam like VNG and creative agencies. The result? I passed the test, had one interview with the client, and got the offer immediately! Q: Many people think Korean clients are very strict and hierarchical. Is this true? Rosie - To be honest, yes, the culture is different. They care about "Top-down" directions and reporting. sometimes, there are urgent tasks or deadlines at the end of the day. But, they are also very reasonable. Once, my workload was too heavy because our team size changed. I was stressed. Instead of just complaining, I talked to my Manager logically. I told her: "If I focus only on quantity, the quality will drop. I want to focus on strategy to get better results." What happened? The Manager listened! She agreed with me and hired more staff to help me. Now, I can focus on high-level strategic tasks. Korean clients respect you if you communicate professionally and care about the product quality.

Q: What is the best part about working remotely with Pickdi? Rosie: - It is the trust and empathy. There was a time when I was moving houses in Canada and busy with school. I was in a "slump" (low energy) for 2 weeks. I was worried the client would be angry. But my Manager didn't scold me. She messaged me to check in kindly and waited for me to settle down. Because she treated me so well, I became motivated to work even harder. After I returned, my project achieved great numbers, and the whole team was praised.

Q: Do you have any advice for candidates applying to Pickdi? Rosie - Remote work at Pickdi saves me so much time (no commuting, no makeup!), so I can focus on my life and studies.
