WHAT IS GLOBAL MARKETING TRAINEE PROGRAM?

The Global Marketing Trainee program is the big recruitment that PickDi does in collaboration with over 20 top global K-brands for the Future Influencer Marketing Leader position. When applying to this program, despite being the freshers, you will be comprehensively trained by dedicated experts from companies and have the evaluation round to show off your capability and adaptability with what you've learned from the training stage. After passing the evaluation, you will start as an intern within 3 months and then be promoted to be a fresher → junior → senior and conquer the program's final goal, that being Global Influencer Marketing Team Leader for global K-beauty companies, and achieve a successfully remote career.

Job Description of Influencer Marketing (From Trainee to Leader)

Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Assist in researching and compiling lists of potential creators on social media platforms (majority on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) that align with campaign goals, target markets (primarily the U.S) and market niche (K-beauty cosmetics). - Help tracking the progress of creator collaborations through email and message, ensuring content is posted on time and according to contract requirements. - Assist in gathering content performance metrics (views, engagement, etc.) for internal reports and creator evaluation. - Liaise with influencers in corporate vibes, maintaining a positive and professional relationship. - Assist with researching content trends and analyzing competitor activities. REQUIREMENTS: - Basic knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing, especially on the TikTok platform and TikTok Shop. - Attention to detail and ability to work in a team. - Good command of English (both written and spoken) is a must. - Prior experience with remote work is preferred.

Junior

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Execute the influencer marketing plan that aligns with business goals - Proactively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, from ideation to execution and reporting. - Create detailed content guidelines for tiered influencers to guide their creative process. - Research and analyze content trends from our brand and competitors to inform campaign strategies. - Support and collaborate on content creation and optimization for influencers. - Assist with and support the execution of TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns. - Collaborate and assist with broader campaign operations managed by the global marketing team. - Track the content performance and sum up the campaign reports. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers. REQUIREMENTS: - At least 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, with a preference for experience with international brands. - Strategic thinking and strong data analysis skills. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. - Good English skills. - Experience with remote work and project management.

Fresher

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Independently find using professional tools and skills, screen, and evaluate potential influencers based on specific criteria (tier, engagement rate, audience demographics, brand fit, etc.) - Directly contact, negotiate, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. - Closely monitor campaign performance and propose optimization ideas to achieve KPIs. - Coordinate with internal team members to ensure the overall effectiveness of campaigns. - Create detailed reports on campaign performance and results. REQUIREMENTS: - 1 year of experience in marketing or digital. - Deep understanding of user behavior on social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram. - Hands-on experience in booking and working with influencers. - Immediate English for communication and negotiation. - Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Lead and develop a team of 3-4 members (Interns/Freshers/Juniors). - Develop collaboration plans (affiliate free-gifting, and paid) with creators, and operate the advertising Spark Ads plan on TikTok when necessary. - Conduct comprehensive research to forecast trends and identify new opportunities. - Do the frequent influencer research using professional tools to provide the high-qualified data for brands - Ensure successful content delivery each month and research new opportunities to expand the brand’s customer base in the U.S. market. - Take full ownership of the team's overall KPIs and campaign performance. - Work closely with HQ management and other relevant departments. - Be responsible for the campaign and the team’s performance report. REQUIREMENTS: - 3-4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, including team leadership. - Strong ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. - Excellent people management and talent development skills.- In-depth knowledge of international markets, especially the U.S. and Europe - Exceptional English skills, able to communicate effectively with international colleagues. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a high tolerance for pressure.

The PickDi Bootcamp is a paid training program designed as a professional skill-building course, open to anyone who wants to join and level up their expertise. On the other hand, the Global Marketing Trainee program is a recruitment track specifically for freshers with less than one year of experience, focusing on the role of Influencer Marketing within K-beauty companies.In this program, selected candidates receive sponsored professional training to gain real-world experience and knowledge, while also demonstrating their skills and adaptability after the training. The training content for the Global Marketing Trainee program is developed with input from the Bootcamp organizers and is supported by Korean beauty brands.

2. How long to get the promotion at Influencer marketing position?

Based on the experiences and your performance at Influencer Marketing sector, it will take: - 3 months from intern to fresher-level - 1-2 years from fresher to junior-level - 3-4 years from junior to senior/leader level

Yes! After being selected and completing the first three months as a Global Marketing Trainee, you’ll receive a digital certificate recognizing your remote internship experience with a Korean company. This certificate will be issued directly by PickDi and the company you work with. It’s a valuable and professional credential that helps you strengthen your profile and showcase your international experience in the global job market.

5. Do I need to pay for the training stage?

Absolutely not. Candidates applying for the Global Marketing Trainee program, or for any other job postings on PickDi, will never be asked to pay any fees — whether the application process includes training or not. The training and evaluation are simply part of our selection process to identify talented candidates, and we do not offer them as paid services.
