New Select, D2C multi-brand company in Seoul, Korea New Select specializes in the development and sale of a wide range of consumer goods, including cosmetics and nutritional supplements, through its eCommerce platforms. We are currently focusing on expanding our skincare brand EIOM into the global market, with a particular emphasis on the U.S. Learn more about EIOM: - Official Store - Amazon USA Store - Official Instagram Account - Brand Presentation As we grow our international presence, we are looking for a creative and proactive Influencer Marketer to lead global collaborations and campaigns with influencers who align with EIOM’s clean, modern brand identity. JOB DESCRIPTION - Manage Free Gifting Campaigns - Identify and reach out to Instagram/TikTok influencers based in the U.S. - Persuade influencers to participate in EIOM’s gifting campaigns - Track content uploads and send reminders when needed - Handle day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of gifting campaigns - Support Korean HQ Marketing Team - Collaborate with senior marketers in Korea to manage paid influencer partnerships - Assist with tasks such as content research, contract coordination, and data tracking - Help plan, edit, and organize content for brand marketing initiatives JOB REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing/social media marketing/digital marketing or related field Experience with content creation and influencer seeding campaigns Good written and reading skills in English Solid understanding of TikTok influencer marketing and global social media trends Self-driven and goal-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup - You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. JOB PREFERENCES - Business-level proficiency in English or Korean (speaking) - Experience working with influencers from English-speaking markets - Passionate about Korean skincare with solid product knowledge - Familiarity with running online ads (e.g., TikTok Spark Ads, Meta Ads) Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams Clear communication across phone, chat, or email Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule WORKING CONDITIONS Workplace: 100% Remote work Employment Type: Service Contract Role Work Days & Hours: Follow the client's working time Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 working days/month) Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7) Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7) Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines. You cannot join as a part-time employee, work flexible hours, or work for two companies during the designated working hours. Payment Gross 12M ~ 16M VND /month - Payment details - 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy - Trial period: 2 months After the trial period, we will extend your contract based on your performance.
