[ ShaiShaiShai - Support a healthy anti-aging lifestyle under the sun ]

ShaiShaiShai is a leading Korean skincare brand specializing in high-performance anti-aging products. We focus on research and development to create effective formulas that support a healthy anti-aging lifestyle under the sun.

We were the first in Korea to launch an SPF tanning lotion - promoting safe, sun-friendly skincare culture. Since launch, we've gained strong consumer trust and successfully entered major platforms, including Olive Young's online mall.

We're now looking for a talented Global Influencer Marketer to join our project. We are expanding our market to USA and other English-speaking countries.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to a social media marketing professional who will collaborate with marketers at the Korea HQ to operate influencer marketing campaigns across the USA and other global markets.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • Here is the detailed list of the tasks and collaboration procedure

    • Sourcing global influencers and outreach for collaboration
    • Enhance brand awareness through both free casting and paid collaborations
    • Build and manage long-term partnerships with key influencer partners
    • Perform other tasks related to influencer marketing as needed

  • Deliverables

    • Complete 100+ TikTok KOC bookings per month
    • Target Market : USA & other English speaking countries
    • Campaign : Free casting campaign + TikTok Affiliate Program
    • NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

  • 1+ years of experience in KOC Booking or TikTok Affiliate Marketing
  • Comfortable communicating in English with global influencers and team members mostly via chat (speaking ability is still required)
  • Passion for Korean skincare and strong knowledge of popular products and brands
  • Strong interest in social media and content in general
  • We are currently able to contract with freelancers holding Vietnamese citizenship only. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account registered under your own name.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience creating viral content through the KOC Booking campaign
  • Experience increasing TikTok Shop sales through the TikTok Affiliate Program
  • Experience working in global markets including the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia beyond Vietnam

  • Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

    • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

    • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

  • Contract Type
    • Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
    • Contracts are issued and e-signed through Kollab Agency Co., Ltd., Pickdi’s exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam

  • Location

    • 100% remote - Flexible in location
  • Core Collaboration Window
    • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [10:00 – 19:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
      • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
    • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
  • Service Fee
    • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
    • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
  • Payment
    • 10% Personal Income Tax (PIT) is withheld from the gross service fee and declared on your behalf, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations for freelancers
    • Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi’s Tax Compliance Policy
