PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project is open to a KOL/KOC Booking operator who will run gifted seeding campaigns for the Russian-speaking markets, sourcing and contacting local influencers in their native language; negotiating collaborations and responding to inquiries via DMs, email, TikTok, and agencies, collecting and managing individual product shipments, and keeping the influencer database updated in real time with participation, upload, and commission performance alongside daily invitation reporting.
PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

Influencer Seeding Campaign Operations
- Run end-to-end gifted seeding campaigns for your assigned market, communicating directly with local influencers in their native language
- Source, contact, and coordinate collaborations with influencers to meet monthly invitation targets
- Collect and manage shipping information to ensure smooth individual product deliveries to seeding recipients
- Maintain and update the influencer database in real time via Google Sheets and Notion, tracking participation, upload rates, and commission performance
- Handle one-on-one negotiations and respond to inquiries through Instagram DMs, email, TikTok DMs, and agency channels
- Submit daily reports on campaign progress, including the number of invitations sent

- Send out 2000+ influencer collaboration invitations per month
- Target Markets: CIS (Russia)

REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- No prior experience needed
- Business communication skills in Russian (the language of the relevant country), at least basic written communication and reading comprehension
- Basic English ability, enough to communicate with the internal team via text/chat for work discussion
- Basic proficiency with Excel and data management tools
- Able to identify task priorities and manage work systematically
- Proactive attitude toward collaboration and communication
- This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
- Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience running influencer seeding campaigns
- Strong interest in beauty/cosmetics trends and enjoys related content
- Solid understanding of global influencer marketing and social media platforms
- Able to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately

COLLABORATION TERMS
- Contract Type
- Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
- All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.

- To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [9:00 – 18:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]

- Service Fee
- Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

- In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
- Payment
- You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
- You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support
