JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for free-gifting campaign execution, targeting nano/micro KOCs. You need to choose 1 position based on the team you want to join when you applied for this position. We will hire more 1 - 2 members for each team

• USA Market
• LATAM Market
• MENA Market
• UK/EU Market

• KOC Booking Operations (Main Task)

  • Operate free-gifting campaigns, primarily targeting creators based on your team
  • Create and revise content guidelines, and identify effective hooking points
  • You will closely collaborate with marketers in the HQ in the Seoul office
  • KPI: uploading videos with 150+ nano and micro KOCs per month
    
    

• Marketing Research Support (If needed)

  • Research competitors by collecting data from platforms such as YesStyle and Olive Young Global
  • Support TikTok marketing market research, including search volume, hashtags, content trends, and bestseller rankings
  • Assist with various additional research tasks based on ongoing campaign needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• +1 Year of hands-on experience in KOC Booking
• Having confidence to achieve KPIs
• Strong interest in beauty-related TikTok content and trends
• English proficiency to communicate via chat/text with the Global team and influencers (Using AI tools to support is allowed)
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Candidates who have experience working in these markets are encouraged to apply
• Experience purchasing and using Korean beauty brands
• Additional points if you have any of these language skills
  • Spanish, Arabic, French, Italian, ETC

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Specialist : Gross 14M ~ 18M VND
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
