PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to a social media marketer who will discover and build collaborative relationships with TikTok Shop affiliate creators for the client's live campaigns, sourcing and qualifying creator prospects, establishing partnerships, and monitoring creator performance throughout the campaign.

The specific deliverables, volumes, and delivery cadence are defined in the project brief agreed upon between you and the client.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

• Open Headcounts: 5

• TikTok Shop Affiliate Program Operations

  • Target Market: USA
  • Identify and list paid seeding affiliate candidates for assigned products
  • Screen and process incoming sample requests manually
  • Execute mass outreach campaigns to target affiliates
  • Write weekly viral video analysis reports covering both own-brand and competitor content

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 1+ years of experience (including internship) in influencer marketing, TikTok Shop affiliate operations, KOC/KOL booking, or related field
• Ability to communicate in English to discuss work with the team, outreach to influencers/creators, and handle customer inquiries.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tracking tools
• This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
  • Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong interest in beauty/skincare/makeup-related social media content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
• Experience in influencer marketing targeting global users
• Proactive and self-driven, enjoy hypothesis-driven, data-based decision-making
• Ability to conduct in-depth reviews of marketing results to identify improvements and grow further

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

• Contract Type
  
  • Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
  • All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.

• Location

  • 100% remote - Flexible in location
• Core Collaboration Window
  
  • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [10:00 – 19:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
  • • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
  • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
• Service Fee
  
  • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

• • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.

• Payment
  • You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  • You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support

SKILL ASSESSMENT

• There will be an skill assessment round (assignment round) for this project. The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.

• This round is designed to reflect the actual deliverables of this project. We will never use your assignment for any commercial purposes
