JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute online advertising operations on Facebook / TikTok Ads
  • Focus only on operational tasks: no budgeting or strategy tasks required
  • Upload and configure performance Ads creatives (assets like content, images, videos will be provided) to Facebook / TikTok Ads manager
• Collect, manage, and organize advertising and e-commerce performance data
  • Aggregate, process, and organize data related to e-commerce and advertising operations.
• Perform additional e-commerce-related operational tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ months experience Ads operational tasks in Facebook or Tiktok Platform
• Data handling capabilities with Excel, Google Sheets, and more
• Must be a graduate or able to fully commit to full-time work
• Comfortable communicating in English with team members via chat (no speaking required, using AI tools to support is allowed)
• Detail-oriented and confident in handling operational tasks with care and consistency
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Working experience relevant to the eCommerce/Skincare/Cosmetic/FMCG industry.
• Passion for Korean skincare and strong knowledge of popular products and brands.

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace: 
  • 100% Remote - Flexible in Location
• Contract Type: 
  • Freelance Service Contract
• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • • Fresher : Gross 8 M ~ 10 M VND /month
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
