JOB DESCRIPTION

We handle UGC campaigns with global TikTok creators from A to Z. You'll be part of a team consisting of a Korean team lead, team members, and two Vietnamese team members.

• TikTok Challenge Operations & Creator Community Management (Main)
  • Monitor and manage overall TikTok challenge operations
    • KPIs: 95% of confirmed participations complete posting the challenge, 90% of posts are published within D+1 of the scheduled posting date
  • Manage creator communities and maintain ongoing communication
  • Handle campaign-related inquiries, issues, and customer support (CS), ensuring to resolve within 48 hours.
  • Manage budget settlement and ensure accurate, timely payment processes
• Search, contact, and recruit new global TikTok creators that align with brand campaign standards
• Plan viral TikTok-optimized content, create clear guidelines and briefs to support influencer content creation.
• Manage communication with influencers and oversee the entire content execution process from planning to production and upload.
• Analyze competitors’ TikTok marketing activities and trends, and apply insights to internal operations and future campaign planning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, KOL/KOC Booking, or related fields
• Proficiency in spoken English to communicate with the internal team and global influencers
• Strong understanding of beauty-related social media content and trends
• Proven experience in content planning and production through influencer collaborations
• Fast execution and clear communication skills
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience working at a beauty brand or influencer marketing agency
• Ability to analyze campaign data (proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or data tools)
• Korean reading and basic writing ability sufficient for document review and chat-based communication
• Have experience living/studying in English-speaking countries

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • • Specialist: Gross 14 M ~ 18 M VND /month
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
