PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to a social media marketer who will execute free-gifting campaigns for the client's live products, identifying and targeting nano and micro KOCs in the US market, managing gifting outreach and fulfillment, and tracking creator participation and output.

The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's always room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

• KOC Booking Operations (Main Task)

  • Operate free-gifting campaigns, primarily targeting creators based on your team
  • Create and revise content guidelines, and identify effective hooking points
  • You will closely collaborate with marketers in the HQ in the Seoul office
  • Target Market: USA
  • Deliverables will be discussed once joining

• Marketing Research Support (If requested)

  • Research competitors by collecting data from platforms such as YesStyle and Olive Young Global
  • Support TikTok marketing market research, including search volume, hashtags, content trends, and bestseller rankings
  • Assist with various additional research tasks based on ongoing campaign needs

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• No prior professional experience required
• Bachelor's degree or above (Final-year students expected to graduate soon and can commit 100% with Core Collaboration Window ASAP are welcome to apply)
• Fluent English proficiency for communication with the global team and influencers (speaking skills required)
• Understanding of KOC booking processes and operations
• Confidence in achieving assigned KPIs
• Strong interest in beauty-related TikTok content and trends
• This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
  • Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience purchasing and using Korean beauty brands
• Additional points if you have this language skill
  • Spanish, Arabic, French, Italian, ETC

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

• Contract Type
  
  • Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
  • All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.

  • 100% remote - Flexible in location

  • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [9:30 – 18:30 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
  • • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
  • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
• Service Fee
  
  • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

• • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
• Payment
• • You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  • You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support
