JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking team members to take charge of the design for the diverse cosmetics brands working with Hype Logis. This role is responsible for overall brand design, focusing on creating online product detail pages and encompassing branding, rebranding, and skincare package design.

E-commerce Design (Priority 1)

• • Detailed product pages tailored for channels like Coupang, Amazon, Instagram, and Threads
  • Banners for advertising on social media platforms like Meta
  • Images highlighting cosmetics' unique selling points (USPs), functions, and textures

• Branding / Rebranding Work (Priority 2)

  • Overall visual renewal of existing brands
  • Brand logo refinement, font/color guide organization
  • Own-brand store UI and brand visual renewal (main banners, products, company profiles, etc.)
  • Document design for influencer campaigns

• Package design (Priority 3)
  • For new product launches: Skincare container design, outer box design
  • Package composition and mock-up creation aligned with brand tone and manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, with the ability to perform the listed tasks above
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiar with tools like Figma or CANVA
• Familiar with AI-powered design tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or ChatGPT (Generate AI images, retouching, etc)
• Strong communication skills to easily understand and effectively incorporate requirements from product and marketing teams
• Experience managing schedules and self-management despite remote work
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Proficient in Korean or English communication via chat (translation tools are allowed)
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics-related design
• Experience creating e-commerce and website design content for platforms like Amazon, Coupang, and Shopify
• Experience creating social media advertising creatives
• Experience building brand and branding visual project systems
• Significant bonus points for the ability to create 3D mock-ups of product packaging/containers

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 working days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You cannot join as a part-time employee, work flexible hours, or work for two companies during the designated working hours.

  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 18 M VND / month 
    
    • Support Health Insurance : After passing trial period, we will support voluntary health insurance (100K /month)
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Trial period: 2 months
  
  • After the trial period, we will extend your contract based on your performance.
  • Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency (located in Vung Tau, Vietnam), Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
