JOB DESCRIPTION

The eCommerce Marketer drives growth across Southeast Asian markets by managing Shopee store operations, campaigns, and in-platform promotions while leading affiliate and influencer partnerships. This role also supports strategic decision-making through market research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.

• Shopee Store Operations & Campaign Management
• • Plan and operate Shopee store campaigns and promotions primarily for Singapore & Malaysia (additionally VN, PH, TW, TH)
  • Manage and execute Shopee in-platform promotions (e.g., flash sales, vouchers, campaign setups)

• Affiliate & Partnership Management

  • Execute affiliate marketing programs, including influencer/partner coordination and performance tracking
  • You need to reach out to influencers for partnerships and promotions

• Market Research & Strategy Support

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant work experience in Shopee marketing, varying by role level
  • Specialist: 1–3 years
  • Senior: 4+ years
• Strong English speaking proficiency to communicate effectively with team
• Hands-on experience with Shopee on-site and off-site marketing execution (promotions, affiliate programs, livestreaming, etc.)
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversion funnel)
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• A heavy Shopee user with a strong understanding of the platform from a consumer’s perspective
• Hands-on experience managing online and offline marketing campaigns
• Practical experience booking and coordinating KOCs for content creation or livestreaming
• Strong interest in consumer goods, beauty, or fashion industries
• Clear and genuine motivation for working in a startup environment

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Varied by Position 
    • Specialist(1 ~ 3Y) : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month
    • Senior(4Y+) : Gross 21 M ~ 24 M VND / month 
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
