JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for producing AI-generated digital content, including images and videos, that meets the creative standards of STRATO's clients.

• E-commerce Video Loop Thumbnail Creation

  • Create AI-generated thumbnail videos for various brand online shopping malls, including fashion and beauty brands
  • Turn provided images into AI videos with natural movement
  • Collect and use references from other brands and model movements

• AI Still-Life Image Creation

  • Rework provided product images into still-life cuts using AI, based on product images and references
  • Create high-quality still-life cuts through Photoshop retouching of product colors, details, etc.

• Video Content Creation

  • Produce and edit vertical videos of around 15 seconds using AI, including images, video, audio, and editing

• KPI

  • Up to 5 thumbnails per day when working on thumbnails only
  • Up to 3 still-life cuts per day when working on still-life only
  • Create one 15-second short-form vertical video per month

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1+ years of experience in AI content creation, graphic designer, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe design tools (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
• Proficiency in AI tools (Midjourney, Kling, Higgsfield, Magnific, Topaz)
• Strong understanding of fashion and beauty brand aesthetics
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Korean language proficiency is a plus (no speaking required)
• Experience with 3D design tools to support more versatile and technically refined content production

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month  
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
