HYPERSTAR is a global influencer marketing agency that helps K-beauty and lifestyle brands expand overseas. Focusing on the US, Japan and Europe (including France), it runs brands' global marketing from start to finish, from TikTok and Instagram creator seeding, paid influencer campaigns and Spark Ads to Amazon-linked marketing and local pop-ups and offline events.

By working with no more than 10 brands at a time, it gives each brand a dedicated manager for in-depth operation, and uses its own AI dashboard, with a pool of over 10 million influencers, to manage everything from creator search to content performance and sales with data.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to social media marketing professionals who will run end-to-end overseas influencer campaigns for HYPERSTAR, an influencer marketing agency helping K-beauty and lifestyle brands expand into the US, Japan, and Europe; sourcing TikTok and Instagram creators, handling outreach, rate negotiations, contracts, and shipping, monitoring content uploads, and researching local trends, while working 1:1 with a Korean campaign manager.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

Influencer Seeding Campaigns Operation
- Find TikTok and Instagram creators that fit each campaign, list them with contact details in Google Sheets, and screen applicants.
- Send outreach and follow-up emails to creators, negotiate rates and content terms, and report to the manager.
- Prepare contracts and invoices, collect signatures and shipping addresses, and update the payment sheet.
- Write content guidelines and event invitations, track content uploads, and update the campaign dashboard.
- Research TikTok and Instagram beauty trends by country and share daily progress on Slack.
Deliverables
- List 50+ qualified creators with contact details and send 50+ outreach, negotiation and reminder emails daily, replying to creators within 24 business hours.
- Support 100+ creator seedings and contracts per month, including shipping address collection.
- NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

No prior professional experience needed
Strong business English writing skills to reach out to and negotiate with overseas influencers by email.

Solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram metrics (followers, average views, engagement rate, content tone) to judge a creator's fit for a campaign.
Detail-oriented and accurate data management in Google Sheets
Ability to manage priorities across multiple brand campaigns running at the same time.
Proactive communication, share progress first and ask questions right away when something is unclear.
This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
- Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in influencer marketing or at a marketing agency, especially recruiting overseas creators and negotiating rates and contracts.
Ability to understand Korean well enough to receive instructions from the internal team (translation tools allowed to support)
Additional languages such as Japanese, French or Spanish for local-language outreach to creators
Interest in K-beauty and lifestyle trends.
Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams
- Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

Contract Type
- Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
- All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.
Location
- 100% remote - Flexible in location
Core Collaboration Window
- To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [{09:00 – 18:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]

- Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
Service Fee
- Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

- In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
Payment
- You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
- You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support
