PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to social media marketing professionals who will run free gifted-seeding campaigns for the Asian and European markets, researching and discovering micro and nano influencers; sending collaboration proposals and coordinating schedules, delivering content guidelines and reviewing submitted content, and managing product shipments alongside content performance tracking and reporting.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

• Influencer Research & Outreach

  • Analyze beauty trends and content in assigned countries to identify suitable micro/nano influencers.
  • Review influencer accounts and maintain an up-to-date candidate list.
  • Send free-gifted collaboration proposals and communicate with creators via email and DM.

• Seeding Operations & Performance Management

  • Manage product shipments and content upload schedules.
  • Guide creators on content requirements and review submissions before posting.
  • Track content performance and build ongoing partnerships with top creators.
  • Maintain seeding data and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Deliverables
  • Send 100 ~ 200 free-gifted seeding collaboration proposals per day
  • Identify 10+ top-performing creators per month and secure re-collaboration candidates
  • Target Markets: Asia, Europe

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, seeding, or global social media marketing.
• Active TikTok and Instagram user with a strong sense of content trends.
• Business-level English for communicating with overseas influencers via email and DM.
• Comfortable using AI translation tools to communicate with the team in Korean via text/chat (no need to know Korean)
• Good eye for finding influencers who match the product concept.
• Organized and able to manage multiple collaborations at once.
• Comfortable working with data in Google Sheets or Excel.

• This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
  • Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Influencer marketing experience with beauty or skincare brands.
• Seeding experience in North American or Asian markets.
• Experience running large-scale campaigns with 100+ influencers.
• Proven results in securing content and improving performance through gifted seeding.

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

• Contract Type
  
  • Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
  • All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.

• Location

  • 100% remote - Flexible in location
• Core Collaboration Window
  
  • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [9:00 – 18:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
  • • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
  • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
• Service Fee
  
  • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

• • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
• Payment
• • You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  • You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support

• There will be an skill assessment round(assignment round) for this project.
  • The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.
