JOB DESCRIPTION

Working closely with Korean team members, you will be responsible for growing the 'Tntn Moms' and 'Baby Leader' brands, primarily on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

  • E-commerce Platform Marketing & Operations
    • Set up and operate stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
    • Handle post-launch operations, including product listing and store management
    • Execute product USP identification, pricing, promotions, and events
    • Support customer inquiry handling and contribute to logistics process optimization
    • Source local KOC/KOLs and support TikTok live streaming operations
  • Data Analysis & Market Research
    • Develop sales strategies and manage inventory through sales data and advertising performance (ROAS) analysis
    • Monitor key funnel metrics at each stage of the customer journey
    • Research target consumers/market trends/competitors, and generate insight reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing / operating e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.
  • Proficiency in spoken English to communicate with the Korean team via online meetings.
  • Able to work smoothly with cross functional teams(logistics, design, marketing) and local platform managers
  • Strong willingness to take initiative and drive results in a startup / SME environment
  • Proven experience delivering measurable results through product and seasonal promotion / CRM execution
  • You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

  • Ability to speak other Southeast Asian languages is a PLUS (Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, etc)
  • Experience in maternity and baby products (K-Beauty/Baby category)
  • Strong understanding of short-form content, such as TikTok, and experience with live streaming
  • Able to use Photoshop, Canva, etc. to edit simple Korean product detail pages into local languages

  • Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

    • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

    • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Workplace: 
    • 100% Remote - Flexible in Location
  • Contract Type: 
    • Freelance Service Contract
  • Work Days & Hours:
    • Follow the client's working time
      • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

      • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)

      • Lunch break: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (GMT+7)

    • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
    • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the cient’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
  • Payment
    • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 18 M VND / month 
      • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
