PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to a social marketing professional who join global KOC Booking campaigns across TikTok and Instagram. Sourcing and casting creators who fit the brand for both paid and unpaid collaborations, handling all outreach and coordination over email and DM, producing seeding content guidelines, and building and maintaining an internal influencer tracking list.

We're waiting for a "connector" who can spot the influencer of the moment faster than anyone and turn them into a true fan and global partner of our brand.

The specific deliverables, volumes, and delivery cadence are defined in the project brief agreed upon between you and the client.

PROJECT SCOPE

• Global Influencer Marketing Campaigns Execution

  • Manage influencer marketing end-to-end, from discovery, profile analysis, outreach, product seeding logistics, and all related communication
  • Source and cast influencers for both paid and gifted collaborations, aligned with brand fit and campaign goals
  • Develop seeding content guidelines for TikTok and Instagram, and brief creators throughout the collaboration
  • Build and strengthen long-term online and offline partnerships with key influencers
  • Own day-to-day communication with creators over email and DM, and keep the internal influencer database up to date

• Deliverables

  • Complete around 200 KOC bookings per month
  • NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 1+ years in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC booking, affiliate marketing, or a related field
• Business-level English, especially written (reading and writing) for outreach and negotiation over email and DM; speaking ability also required
• Active viewer of short-form beauty and lifestyle content, with a genuine interest in tracking trends
• High ownership and a proactive approach, comfortable with unfamiliar tasks and turning trends into action quickly
• Open to feedback and focused on reaching strong outcomes through discussion
• Solid understanding of the customer journey through to purchase

• We are currently able to contract with freelancers holding Vietnamese citizenship only. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account registered under your own name.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to communicate in Korean is a PLUS
• Hands-on experience operating Amazon or TikTok Shop
• Experience running influencer campaigns in the beauty or lifestyle category

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

• Contract Type
  
  • Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
  • Contracts are issued and e-signed through Kollab Agency Co., Ltd., Pickdi’s exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam

• Location

  • 100% remote - Flexible in location

  • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [10:00 – 19:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
  • • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
  • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
• Service Fee
  
  • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

• • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
• Payment

• • 10% Personal Income Tax (PIT) is withheld from the gross service fee and declared on your behalf, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations for freelancers
  • Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  • Pickdi’s Tax Compliance Policy

• There will be an skill assessment round(assignment round) for this project.
  • The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.
