JOB DESCRIPTION

Through collaboration with TikTok Affiliate Creators, you will be responsible for boosting BYROE's USA TikTok Shop sales.

• Affiliate Collaboration Structure Design

  • Setting up TikTok Shop and Meta (Instagram) Affiliate structure to boost online sales
  • Designing Commission Structure, Tier Policy, Payment Process
  • Setting up Sales and Attribution Tracking using UTM

• Affiliate Creators Acquisition

  • Micro/Nano Creator Acquisition Focused on Sales Performance
  • Designing Diverse Action Items and Incentive Structures for Focused Cultivation of Top-Performing Creators
  • Executing Seeding → Content Creation → Performance Analysis → Scaling

• Performance Optimization

  • Performance Management Based on CPA / ROAS / NC-CPA / AOV Metrics
  • Conversion Rate Analysis by Content/Creator Types
  • Designing Paid Ads + Affiliate program using Spark Ads, GMV Max Ads

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOC/KOL Booking, TikTok operations, etc
• Experience setting up and operating TikTok Affiliate or TikTok Shop from A to Z
• Experience building an Affiliate Program from scratch and generating sales results
• Proficiency in business communication in English
• Understanding of performance-based marketing (must have knowledge of ROAS, CAC, LTV concepts)
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Work experience in Beauty / Skincare / K-Beauty industries
• Experience maximizing sales through paid ads and affiliate partnerships
• Experience operating a Shopify-based DTC e-commerce business
• Experience conducting marketing activities targeting US customers

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours : Can choose one of two shifts below

      • Option 1 : 8PM ~ 12AM VST + 4H flexible

      • Option 2 : 8AM ~ 17PM VST + need to attend weekly meeting

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Gross 24M ~ 26M VND / month   
    • Time bonus : Gross 6M bonus if you can work based on option 1 time shift
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
