PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to an affiliate marketing professional who will grow TikTok Shop affiliate program of CURRENTIVE's brand “glow” in the US and UK, connecting the brand with the right creators through outreach and product seeding, and collaborating closely with the Korean HQ

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

• End-to-End TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations Execution

  • Find and source US/UK TikTok Shop creators, and manage the creator list
  • Send affiliate collaboration proposals to the creators
  • Track sample shipments and posting schedules, and follow up weekly on unposted content
  • Research and analyze the affiliate content of other competitors
  • Report sampling progress and content results
• Deliverables
  • Complete 100+ TikTok Shop affiliate sample shipments per week
  • Create at least 2 content guidelines per week
  • NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 1+ years of experience in KOL/KOC booking operations, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or related fields
• Good English proficiency to communicate with the team and the creators, mainly via text/chat (speaking ability is still required)

• Solid understanding of TikTok and short-form content
• Comfortable organizing data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented in managing schedules and progress, following work guidelines and communicating responsibly with the team
• This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
  • Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in TikTok Shop or influencer marketing, including creator outreach and product seeding/sampling
• Strong interest in US and UK TikTok content trends
• Understanding of beauty, cosmetics or K-Beauty

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

• Contract Type
  
  • Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
  • All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.

• Location

  • 100% remote - Flexible in location
• Core Collaboration Window
  
  • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [10:00  – 19:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
  • • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
  • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
• Service Fee
  
  • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

• • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
• Payment
  • You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  • You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support

• There will be an skill assessment round(assignment round) for this project.
  • The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.
