PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to an e-commerce operations professional who will lead MOEV's global marketplace growth on Amazon and Shopee, building strategy and operating systems from the ground up; managing product listings, advertising, promotions, and inventory, analyzing sales performance to drive scale-up, and collaborating closely with the Global Marketing Team at the Korean HQ while helping grow a future junior operations team.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

Amazon Store Operations
- Run Amazon Seller Central and set growth strategies and action plans per country and SKU
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords), A+ Content and the Brand Store
- Plan pricing and promotions, and monitor competitors' pricing, promotions and rankings
- Run and optimize Sponsored Products, Brands and Display ads, managing key KPIs (ROAS, ACOS, TACOS) to boost organic ranking
- Manage FBA inventory and replenishment plans to prevent stock-outs and overstock, coordinating shipments with the Korean HQ and logistics partners
- Track sales and profitability per SKU, forecast sales and manage targets
- Build performance dashboards and write weekly/monthly reports with clear next actions
Shopee & Other Marketplace Operations
- Operate the Shopee store and set its growth strategy (if experienced)
- Run Shopee Ads, campaigns, vouchers and affiliate programs
- Adapt product and pricing strategies to each country's marketplace
- Explore and launch on new global marketplaces

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

3+ years of hands-on Amazon store operations, with a proven track record of growing sales (building an early-stage account from scratch is highly valued)
Strong skills in Amazon Advertising, listing SEO, keyword research and conversion optimization
Experience with FBA and inventory management
Data-driven self-starter who can turn sales and ad insights into action plans and execute independently
Professional working proficiency in English (speaking ability is required)

This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
- Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Amazon experience with Beauty, Hair Care, or K-Beauty brands, especially launching new brands/SKUs or scaling sales 3x–10x or more
Hands-on experience with Shopee (Ads, Campaigns, Affiliates) or social commerce such as TikTok Shop, plus knowledge of the Vietnam and SEA e-commerce market
Experience managing marketplace P&L and building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools
Background in fast-growing brands or startup environments
Ability to speak Korean is a PLUS
Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams
- Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

Contract Type
- Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
- All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.
Location
- 100% remote - Flexible in location
Core Collaboration Window
- To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [10:00 – 19:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
- - The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
- Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
Service Fee
- Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

- In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
Payment
- You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
- You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support

SKILL ASSESSMENT

There will be an skill assessment round(assignment round) for this project.
- The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.
