JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the guidance of the Vietnamese team leader, you will be responsible for the entire process of booking KOCs in the U.S

  • KOC Booking Operation
    • Utilizing the company's existing influencer pool, you will book KOCs to create collaboration UGC Video
    • Tier : Mostly Nano/Micro KOCs in USA & Other English speaking countries
    • KPI: 150 video uploads per team member per month
    • Operate commission-based events using the established influencer pool
  • New Influencer Listing
    • Search for influencers to expand the existing secured influencer pool
    • KPI : 50 new KOCs a month
  • Additionally, discuss and operate various influencer seeding campaigns with the HQ team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • No Work Experience Required
  • Can communicate fluently in English via email or DM with U.S. creators (using AI tools to support is allowed)
  • Who can understand English UGC video content without AI assistance
  • High understanding of the global beauty market and short-form content
  • Proficient in collaboration tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Excel
  • You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

  • Have experience in KOC Booking/Influencer-Social Media Marketing or related fields
  • Experience managing beauty social media accounts including personal account
  • Interest in K-Beauty and global beauty brands, along with a fundamental understanding of the market

  • Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

    • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

    • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Workplace: 
    • 100% Remote - Flexible in Location
  • Contract Type: 
    • Freelance Service Contract
  • Work Days & Hours:
    • Follow the client's working time
      • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

      • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)

      • Lunch break: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (GMT+7)

    • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
    • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
  • Payment
    • Fresher : Gross 9 M ~ 10 M VND / month 
      • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation

  • Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
