We are looking for KOC Booking Operator to run free gifting campaigns with French influencers. This role involves listing influencers, securing shipping addresses, managing seeding progress, and monitoring content, and requires a strong understanding of social media marketing and local consumer trends.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to an entry-level influencer marketing talent who will support Beauty of Joseon's free-gifting seeding campaigns with French creators from start to finish; sourcing and listing target creators, handling inbound requests and cold outreach, managing day-to-day creator communication and content upload schedules, coordinating product shipping, and tracking campaign data, while collaborating closely with BOJ's Creator Partnership team in Korea.

NOTE: We don't require high proficiency in French. Being able to understand TikTok videos and communicate at a text-based level is sufficient.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

KOC Booking Operations
- Handle inbound seeding requests (Google Form, email, DM), collect creator info, review eligibility, and manage status (Under Review / Approved / On Hold / Rejected)
  - KPI: Listing 200+ creators per day
  - NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.
- Identify and list outbound target creators, conduct cold outreach and manage responses
- Communicate with creators: send campaign guides, request shipping info, manage upload schedules, and follow up on delays or non-responses
- Collect and organize shipping info, coordinate product dispatch, track delivery status, and resolve shipping issues

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

No work experience required
Sufficient French to understand influencer content and communicate with influencers via email/text (no speaking required)

Ability to use English for chat/text communication with the team (no speaking required)
Strong Excel skills for organizing data, with high accuracy and attention to detail
Reliable and responsible in handling repetitive operational tasks consistently
Analytical mindset to spot issues during campaigns and suggest improvements
This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
- Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Understanding of the beauty/cosmetics industry or influencer marketing
Experience as a creator (KOL) or in content creation
Prior experience in influencer seeding operations
Familiarity with short-form platform trends (TikTok, Instagram) and ability to suggest content ideas
Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams
- Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

Contract Type
- Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
- All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.
Location
- 100% remote - Flexible in location
Core Collaboration Window
- To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [09:00 – 18:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
- - The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
- Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
Service Fee
- Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

- In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
Payment
- You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
- You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support

SKILL ASSESSMENT

There will be an skill assessment round(assignment round) for this project.
- The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.
This assignment is designed to reflect the actual work you'll be doing in the role. We won't use your assignment for any commercial purposes.
