JOB DESCRIPTION

SeoulSkin operates a creator seeding program that partners with micro-influencers, gifting complimentary treatments in exchange for content on TikTok and Instagram.

We’re looking for a KOL/KOC booking specialist to execute and manage this program end to end, from creator outreach to content delivery.

Execute the end-to-end creator seeding program, including sourcing, outreach, follow-ups, booking, scheduling, contracts (DocuSign), and ongoing creator communication
- KPI: Source 300 NYC-based micro-influencers (5,000–50,000 followers) per week based on content quality, engagement, and brand fit
Manage and maintain the creator pipeline by tracking all activity, status updates, and performance metrics in Google Sheets or CRM
Review, organize, and route creator content for internal approval before posting
Collaborate closely with internal teams via Slack and weekly strategy meetings to ensure smooth execution and alignment
Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance and creator acquisition progress

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC Booking, or affiliate/partnership programs
Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok, including DM-based creator outreach
Fluent English speaking ability to discuss work with the internal team
Strong written English skills with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally in DMs
Ability to manage multiple creator conversations and follow-up sequences simultaneously
Highly detail-oriented with experience handling contracts and tracking program activity
Proficiency in Google Sheets for pipeline and performance tracking
You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

Familiarity with K-beauty or Korean skincare and medical spa treatments
Experience using influencer marketing platforms such as Modash, Impulze.ai, or similar tools
Working knowledge of tools like DocuSign and Notion
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or operations support for a startup or small business
Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams
- Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

Workplace:

Work Days & Hours:
- Follow the client's working time
- - Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)
  - Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)
  - Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)
- Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
- You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
Payment
- Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month
  - In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Payment details
  - 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
  - Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  - Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy
Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
