Founded in 2023 by a former marketer from Queenit, a renowned Korean fashion commerce platform company, it is growing steadily based on its outstanding track record.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will participate in producing UGC-format videos for social media marketing for BlitzSeal’s key clients, as well as in the KOC booking and content production process. Below are the main clients of the BlitzSeal team that you will be working most closely with.

• Short-form Video Editing (2 to 3 videos per day)
  • Tools: CapCut (Short-form)
  • Video materials and scripts will be provided (Note: After onboarding, we expect you to be able to plan and create content independently as well.)
  • All video assets will be provided by the Korea team
  • Reference video

• Influencer Collaborations & Video Content Planning
  • Research, shortlist, and communicate with influencers via email and DM for product seeding and partnerships.
  • Research references, create collaboration proposals, and viral content plans targeting Korean influencers
  • Tools: Google Slides / Notion

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Work experience varied by position
  • Fresher : No work experience needed
  • Specialist : 2+ years of experience (except internship) in social media content creation, social media marketing, or related fields
• Able to communicate in Korean with the internal team via chat (Topik level 4 or above, using AI tools to support is allowed)
• Proficient in video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Passionate about Korean beauty cosmetics/skincare brands
• A short-form content enthusiast who loves TikTok and Instagram Reels
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Proficient in Korean speaking ability is a PLUS
• Proactive in using AI tools is also highly preferred

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Varied by Position
    • Fresher : Gross 9 M ~ 11 M VND / month
    • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam

• There will be an assignment round for this recruitment. The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.
