PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project seeks a social media marketing professional to help LoveyDovey, TainAI’s AI character chat service, identify its first growth channels in Italy. You will support hands-on product testing, competitor research, creator and community outreach, small-scale growth experiments, and weekly collaboration with the Global BD Operations team at Korean HQ.

The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's always room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

Italian Market Entry: Community Research & Growth Experiment Operations
- Test LoveyDovey in Italian and compare it with similar AI chat apps.
- Scout Italian creators, reviewers, and community leaders who fit the service.
- Reach out to users and creators with messages every week. No worries, the message will be reviewed and approved by HQ.
- Conduct small growth experiments, such as community posts, localized hooks, and product trials.
- Evaluate experiment performance using key metrics such as app download rate, revisit rate, etc
- Get HQ approval for anything outside the agreed budget or scope.
- Keep all logs up to date and share a weekly update.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

Experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or related fields
- Fresher: No prior professional experience needed
- Specialist: 1+ years of experience
Strong understanding of social media and online community culture in Italy.
Sufficient Italian skills to write outreach messages and communicate with creators and community members
- Communication with HQ will be mainly in English via text/chat, with only occasional speaking required.
Ability to evaluate experiment results using key metrics and use insights to guide next steps.
Ability to understand the product’s USPs and translate them into marketing content.
Ability to turn user conversations and data into clear, actionable insights.
This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.

- Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience researching or collaborating with Italian influencers and creators.
Experience with user interviews or UX research.
Experience using AI companion, AI character chat, interactive story or romance apps.
Familiarity with Italian fanfiction, web novel, anime, gaming or K-content communities.
Basic knowledge of Italian ad disclosure and influencer collaboration rules, and of minor protection.
Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams
- Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

Contract Type
- Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
- All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.
Location
- 100% remote - Flexible in location
Core Collaboration Window
- To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [10:00 – 19:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
- - The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
- Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
Service Fee
- Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

- In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
Payment
- You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
- You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support

SKILL ASSESSMENT

There will be an skill assessment round(assignment round) for this project.
- The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.
