JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for expanding our Affiliate Creator Network centered around US TikTok Shop and generating actual sales. This is a marketer position that transforms Affiliate Creators into sales channels, not merely managing content.

• Creator Discovery and Scouting

  • TikTok Shop Beauty Affiliate Creator Discovery
  • Selection of purchase conversion-focused creators centered on Micro ~ Mid tier
  • Analysis of creators collaborating with competing brands (Laka, Rom&nd, Nooni, Maybelline, Tarte, etc.)

• Outreach and Content Management

  • DM/Email outreach and coordination/negotiation of commission structures/contract terms
  • Content upload schedule management and quality review
  • Sample dispatch and delivery process management through coordination with logistics team
  • Execution of related operational tasks such as collecting Spark Ads codes

• Performance optimization and creator relationship management

  • Data-driven analysis of view & conversion performance by content type/creator
  • Long-term relationship management and retention management for top-performing creators

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of marketing experience in TikTok, TikTok Shop, KOL/KOC management, ETC
• Ability to communicate in English via chat/text to work closely with the internal team (using AI tools to support is allowed)
  • Work meeting is held once a week, so speaking ability is still required
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop marketing structures based on affiliate collaborations
• A to Z strategic planning and execution experience in influencer content marketing
• Experience working at a beauty brand or commerce platform
• Proficiency in English DM/sales communication and a sales mindset
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience residing in the USA or Canada
• US affiliate seeding experience (Mega to Micro)
• TikTok Shop operations (product listing, inventory management, event management) and sales drive experience
• Candidates capable of driving sales growth through not only simple outreach but also establishing creator and content strategies tailored to products and executing them swiftly

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Senior : Gross 22 M ~ 26 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
