Mixsoon is a skincare brand launched in 2020 with a core philosophy of “Pure Ingredient Principle.” Its products are designed to include only the pure ingredients essential for the skin.

The brand name is a combination of “Mix” and “Soon (pure),” and its popularity comes from the “Essence Layering” method, where single-ingredient essences are applied in multiple layers, allowing consumers to tailor their skincare routine to specific skin concerns.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to a social media marketer who will run global UGC influencer collaborations for Mixsoon, handling day-to-day influencer communication over email, managing collaboration agreements from outreach through signing, and tracking content publishing and posting schedules in shared spreadsheets.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • Here is the detailed list of the tasks and collaboration procedure

    • Operate and support global influencer collaboration campaigns from initial outreach through completion
    • Manage day-to-day communication with influencers, including proposal delivery, negotiation follow-ups, and contract coordination
    • Oversee content publishing and maintain publishing schedules to ensure deliverables go live on time

  • Deliverables:

    • Complete 100+ email responses per day
    • Manage 250+ influencer contracts per month
    • Target Market: Latin America
    • NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

  • 1+ year of experience managing KOL/KOC Booking, Social Media Marketing, ETC
  • Sufficient Spanish communication skills to send business email/DM to influencers in the Latam market and understand their content.
    • Using AI tools is allowed to support only. You must still be able to understand Spanish
  • Ability to communicate in English with the team to discuss work via text/chat (preferably with fluent speaking ability)
  • Strong interest in K-Beauty content and the wider K-Beauty industry, particularly in the LATAM market
  • We are currently able to contract with freelancers holding Vietnamese citizenship only. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account registered under your own name.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience living or studying abroad, or a strong understanding of local culture, focusing on the LATAM market
  • Solid understanding of K-Beauty and short-form skincare content
  • Fast-moving and dependable, able to complete each day's workload to a high standard

  • Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

    • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

    • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

  • Contract Type
    • Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
    • Contracts are issued and e-signed through Kollab Agency Co., Ltd., Pickdi’s exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam

  • Location

    • 100% remote - Flexible in location
  • Core Collaboration Window
    • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [9:00 – 18:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
      • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
    • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
  • Service Fee
    • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
    • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
  • Payment
    • 10% Personal Income Tax (PIT) is withheld from the gross service fee and declared on your behalf, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations for freelancers
    • Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi’s Tax Compliance Policy

SKILL ASSESSMENT

  • There will be an skill assessment round(assignment round) for this project.
    • The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.

  • This assignment is designed to reflect the actual work you'll be doing in the role. We won't use your assignment for any commercial purposes.
