JOB DESCRIPTION

This TikTok Content Creator role focuses on planning, creating, and managing social media content to promote the brand AROOM in the Vietnam market. You will manage the brand’s core channels, TikTok and Instagram, with a strong emphasis on short-form content such as TikTok videos and Instagram Reels, often featuring you as the on-camera creator.

This role is ideal for those who actively run their own social accounts, enjoy being on camera, and aspire to grow as an influencer while building real brand marketing experience.

Plan and produce short-form video content for brand promotion on TikTok and Instagram
- KPI: Average of 2 short-form videos per day, 1 post per day on the company’s TikTok and Instagram channels
- Content language: Vietnamese
- Process : Edit and localize both self-filmed and team-shot footage to suit the Vietnam market
Plan and run social media content campaigns by researching successful global cases, developing clear themes, and publishing content in series
Track and analyze content performance using key metrics (ex. CTR, 3-second play rate), and use insights to suggest improvements to content direction and strategy

JOB REQUIREMENTS

No professional experience needed
Able to communicate in English via chat/text to discuss work with the team (using AI tools to support is allowed)
Able to be a model for the video and self-shoot, comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally in videos
Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong analytical skills to identify what makes high-performing videos work and replicate those patterns
Creative and proactive, with plenty of ideas and a willingness to constantly experiment with new concepts
You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

If you can share with us your portfolio of short-form and/or long-form videos that you’ve created, OR link(s) to your personal TikTok and/or Instagram account(s), it can be a BONUS point.
Strong interest in K-beauty and up-to-date with the latest trends
Active user of TikTok and Instagram
Actively manages personal social media accounts
Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams
- Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

Workplace:
- 100% Remote - Flexible in Location
Contract Type:
- Freelance Service Contract
Work Days & Hours:
- Follow the client's working time
- - Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)
  - Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT +7)
  - Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)
- Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
- You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
Payment
- Fresher : Gross 10 M ~ 12 M VND / month
  - In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Payment details
  - 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
  - Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  - Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy
Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
