JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for booking Nano/Micro KOCs located in USA and expanding brand exposure by facilitating collaboration. You will closely collaborate with AMUSE's Global Digital Business Division.

• Research social creators on TikTok/Instagram/YouTube located in the U.S.
• Contact and book target creators
• Track and report on content uploads after product shipment
• Analyze creator feedback and accumulate data on top-performing accounts
• Compile and report monthly performance data using Google Sheets
• KPI
  • Discover over 1,000 creators monthly + reach out
  • Book 200 nano/micro KOCs monthly
  • Influencer listing software will be provided

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Over 1 year of experience in KOC Booking or Social Media Marketing or related field
• Having hands-on experience handling KOC booking from A to Z
• Ability to communicate in English via email/DM
  •  Work meeting is held once a week, so speaking ability is still needed
• Understanding of U.S. TikTok content trends related to the beauty topic
• Data organization skills using Google Sheets
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience in influencer marketing for beauty brands
• Understanding of TikTok Shop or Amazon MKT
• Ability to propose improvements based on performance data
• A discerning eye for content with a keen sense of aesthetics

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 18 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
