JOB DESCRIPTION

As an eCommerce Graphic designer at JBB INT, you will create image-focused ad creatives for our cosmetics brands, optimized for deployment across NAVER, Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels. Responsibilities also include reference sourcing and light creative planning for each asset.

The list of your tasks are below

• Produce image-based performance ad creatives
  • Posts, banners, thumbnails, etc.
• Handle simple design requests
  • Size adaptations, layout/typography tweaks, quick image edits
• Source, analyze, and propose creative references
  • Build moodboards - Identify benchmark points and propose improvements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• +2 Years working experience in related graphic design field
• Experience designing for eCommerce/Beauty products/Clinics/ETC
• Able to communicate in Korean using AI translation tools
• Design experience using Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Good collaboration skills and openness to feedback
• Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Workable level of Korean language

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

• Active SNS user with sharp trend awareness

• Proficient across the Adobe suite (include design/video editing)

• Ability to develop from references (iterate and improve)

• Relevant experience in marketing or creative production

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 working days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You cannot join as a part-time employee, work flexible hours, or work for two companies during the designated working hours.
• Payment
  
  • Gross 14 ~ 18M VND /month

    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation.

  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Trial period: 2 months
  
  • After the trial period, we will extend your contract based on your performance.
  • Contracts will be issued through Pickdi's branch company, Kollab Agency, located in Vung Tau, Vietnam.
