The Frameless is a K-beauty company founded in February 2026 by the CEO, marketing team leader, and product developers who successfully led renowned K-beauty brands such as MIXSOON, SBEditor, FWEE, and NUMBUZIN.

Having already completed fundraising from Korean VCs, the company plans to simultaneously launch its new brand ZIPIEL globally in April 2026.

ZIPIEL is a brand that proposes a journey to restore each individual's inherent radiance, breaking away from the formulaic norms of the beauty market. Its product lineup launches under the keywords of storytelling, sensory satisfaction, and customer engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a key member who will take full responsibility for eCommerce operations: shipping, order management and customer support tasks.

• eCommerce Order Management (Main)
  • Manage order across the various Korean and Japanese eCommerce Platforms: Official store(Cafe24), Musinsa, Japan's Qoo10, and ETC (Potential for expansion into other markets in the future)
  • Communicate and coordinate with logistics partners and handle fulfillment errors, omissions, and delay issues
• Respond to customer inquiries (shipping / exchange / return / product questions); monitor and improve recurring CS issues
• Manage fulfillment, inventory, and communications for offline partners and B2B channels
• Manage order/fulfillment data across all channels and drive process improvement and automation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1+ years of experience in eCommerce operations
• Excellent English speaking ability to communicate with the internal team and external collaborations
• Basic data management using Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to respond quickly
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Proficiency in Korean or Japanese
• Prior experience in the beauty or e-commerce industry
• Customer service experience, including handling customer inquiries, reviews, and VOC
• Experience in inventory and logistics management
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools
• Experience managing online platforms in an MD (Merchandiser) role

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)
    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)
    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)
  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment 
  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
