PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to an influencer marketing professional who will run the US TikTok Shop affiliate campaign for VERAFECT, a Korean skincare brand pursuing visible skin change through high-performance active ingredient formulations, sourcing beauty and skincare creators who fit the brand, sending collaboration proposals in English, coordinating sample shipments and content uploads, and maintaining the creator database and performance tracking sheets.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

• TikTok Affiliate Campaign Operations

  • Research US beauty and skincare creators and build a shortlist based on content fit, view counts, and sales performance
  • Send collaboration proposals in English, manage responses, and confirm commission and terms within approved limits
  • Coordinate sample requests and shipping with the logistics contact, and confirm receipt
  • Share product information and content guidelines, follow up on upload schedules, and verify posting and product linking
  • Track content, order, and sales performance by creator, and drive repeat collaboration with top performers
  • Maintain the creator database, progress tracker, and outreach templates, and report weekly performance
• Deliverables
  • Send 1,000+ TikTok affiliate outreach per month
  • Discover 5+ creators with 50+ sales per month

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 1+ years in influencer marketing or TikTok Shop affiliate operations
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to pitch creators and coordinate terms and schedules independently (speaking ability is required)

• Working knowledge of TikTok content formats and how affiliate programs operate
• Proven ability to run creator research, list-building, outreach, and follow-up end to end
• Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills for managing multiple collaborations and performance data
• Proactive communicator who flags delays early and drives issues to resolution
• We are currently able to contract with freelancers holding Vietnamese citizenship only. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account registered under your own name.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with creators for beauty, skincare, or K-beauty brands
• Experience working for USA or other English speaking countries
• Track record of using per-creator sales data to improve revenue or upload performance
• Experience running high-volume outreach and maintaining a creator database
• Experience setting up operational processes, work manuals, and reporting formats from scratch

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

  • Contracts are issued and e-signed through Kollab Agency Co., Ltd., Pickdi’s exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam

• Location

  • 100% remote - Flexible in location

  • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [09:30 – 18:30 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
  • • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
  • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
• Service Fee
  
  • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

• • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
• Payment

• • 10% Personal Income Tax (PIT) is withheld from the gross service fee and declared on your behalf, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations for freelancers
  • Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
