WHAT IS THE AI DESIGN TRAINEESHIP?

The AI Design Traineeship is the big recruitment held by PickDi in collaboration with several leading Korean FMCG companies. This program targets Vietnamese fresh graduates and offers a fast-track remote career path with fully sponsored and intensive training in AI-driven content creation.

When applying to this position, you will be comprehensively trained by dedicated experts about Prompt Anatomy, Character Creation, Image & Video Motion,... in Beauty, FnB, Fashion industries.

The selected candidates will have 4 weeks of online training and 3 months of remote full-time traineeship and the opportunity to become full-time executives later on.
 

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Be available to join MORNING-time training from 25 May 2026 and FULL-TIME work remotely from 1 July 2026
• Basic understanding of design tools and  individuals interested in AI-generated creative content
•  Eager to learn and enjoy creating AI design (image, video) for marketing purposes
• Have good English skill in writing and reading (can use AI tool)
• NOTE: The intensive training course is totally free. It requires your self-investment in paid AI tools subscription ($20). Pickdi commits to a 100% reimbursement of this fee if you successfully graduate from the 4-week training course.

JOB DESCRIPTION IN AI DESIGN TRAINEESHIP

• Job description
  Responsible for producing AI-generated image and video content for commercial advertising campaigns (Social Media & Online Ads), strictly adhering to agency quality standards. 
  • Scenario Analysis & AI Ideation (Vision-to-Prompt):
    • Analyze client briefs/scenarios to translate ideas into comprehensive image/video concepts.
    • Apply an art direction mindset (Camera angles, Lighting, Texture) to develop detailed storyboards.
  • AI Visualization (Image & Video Production):
    • Static Assets: Produce a diverse range of high-end commercial image formats: Key Visuals (KV), Virtual KOLs/Mascots, Lifestyle/UGC images, and Macro Product Shots.
    • Video/Motion: Generate AI video sources and advertising B-rolls based on the storyboard.
    • Ensure absolute brand and character consistency (Facial/Character Consistency >90%) across all visual deliverables.
  • Quality Control & Post-Production:
    • Clean up typical AI errors (Artifact Clean-up, fix mutated details) using specialized software (Adobe Suite, Capcut, or any video editing software).
    • Perform basic post-production processing and editing to finalize the deliverables.
• Requirements
  • Proficient in workflows using AI Image generation tools (Google Nano Banana, Freepik AI) and AI Video tools (Google Veo/Flow, Grok, Kling...).
  • Must have basic proficiency in design and post-production tools (Capcut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere) to edit and finalize output files.
  • Strong aesthetic mindset, with a deep understanding of the commercial visual standards in 3 key industries: Fashion, F&B, and Beauty.
  • Good English reading and writing skills (capable of writing AI Prompts and communicating effectively via text).
  • Professional remote work etiquette, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.

(*) The detailed scope of work may vary by company. Trainees may take on multiple roles within AI design creation.

• Work conditions:
  • 100% remote work and training.
  • Training hours: Morning (10AM - 12PM) every Mon, Wed, Fri from 25 May to 19 June 2026
  • Working hours: 8 office hours/day from Monday to Friday from 1st July to 30 September. Start time and end time per day are based on the specific brand you will work for.
  • Disclaimer: You cannot join as a part-time employee or work flexible hours.
    
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
  • Contract type: Service Contract Role
• Payment:
  • Trainee: Gross 5M/month
  • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
  • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy
  • Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
