JOB DESCRIPTION

The Brand Design Team at NextChapter creates clear and consistent brand experiences that go beyond visuals. By working closely with the brand manager, product manager, and marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visual assets across multiple ecommerce platforms for Next Chapter.

• Main Responsibilities

  • Create branded content based on a strong understanding of each brand touchpoint.
  • Design product detail pages, thumbnails, promotion pages, and banners for marketplaces such as Olive Young, Coupang, Amazon, and Shopee.
  • Handle various web design tasks based on a solid understanding of the brand.

• Optional - Only if you are qualified to execute these following tasks

  • Develop brand visual asset systems and guidelines, including color, typography, and product packaging.
  • Design, manage, and maintain product packaging based on the brand’s visual system.
  • Support VMD (Visual Merchandising Design) for the brand.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ year of experience in graphic design, branding/ecommerce design, or related field
• Business-level of verbal communication in English or Korean
• Ability to understand content objectives and target audiences, and plan and produce visuals accordingly
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Adaptable and open to change in a fast-moving work environment
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, able to take initiative and manage tasks independently
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Hands-on experience maintaining, refining, and evolving a brand’s visual identity over time
• Proven collaboration experience with cross-functional partners such as Brand Managers, Product Developers, and Marketers
• Experience with rebranding projects or launching new brands from the ground up
• Background in planning and producing offline marketing and promotional materials
• Working knowledge of packaging structures, production processes, and printing basics
• Ability to build a visual system aligned with brand identity and apply it consistently across design outputs

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

  • Freelance Service Contract
• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 18 M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
