JOB DESCRIPTION

You will assist the HQ team’s marketers by performing support tasks such as ad setup, data management, research, and proposing improvements.

• Social Media Advertising Operations

  • Set up and launch paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Manage advertising budgets and maintain accurate performance data in the Ads dashboard
  • Analyze internal data and benchmark against industry standards to surface insights and recommend optimizations
  • Support additional performance advertising initiatives as assigned by the marketing team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, online advertising, operations, or related fields
• Experience with setting up and managing TikTok ads from A to Z
• Work experience conducting advertising creative research using the Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Google Sheets and Notion
• English communication and writing skills to interact with global team members via text/chat (using AI tools is allowed)
• Deep understanding of consumer goods and consumers
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Ability to communicate in Korean is a PLUS (no speaking required)
• Hands-on experience collaborating with designers and video editors across the full content lifecycle, from planning to final ad execution
• Experience in managing large-scale paid campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $10,000
• Detail-oriented and communicates clearly and confidently in writing

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)
    • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT +7)
    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)
  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist: Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
