SeedLab is a launch partner that helps K-brands enter and grow in the US market through TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shopify. It runs the entire process, from creator seeding and finding high-converting content and creators to channel-by-channel sales, scale-up and logistics, with a dedicated team working closely with each brand.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to a social media professional to manage the US-facing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts for SeedLab's client brands, from setup through daily operations, including planning and publishing trend-driven content, engaging with the community, and reporting on account growth. All creatives that will be used as social media content will be handled by the team’s designer.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

Content Planning & Social Media Operations
- Set up brand TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, including handles, profiles, links, and TikTok Shop integration
- Plan the monthly content calendar and publish posts on schedule
- Research trending formats, plan short-form video shoots and write English captions for US consumers
- Manage the brand community by replying to comments and DMs, reposting creator content and managing tags
- Write weekly account reports on views, follower growth and engagement rate
Deliverables
- Plan and publish 50 posts per month across all accounts for all clients (will discuss in advance if additional content is needed)
  - All creatives that will be used as social media content will be handled by the team’s designer.
- NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

1+ year of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or related fields

- You must submit a portfolio of accounts or content you've managed
Solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram features and algorithms
Strong English proficiency to communicate with the internal team and write content for the social channels, targeting the US market (speaking ability is required)
This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
- Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience running accounts for the US market, especially for food or beauty brands
Ability to edit short-form videos yourself with CapCut or similar tools
Experience collaborating on influencer marketing
Ability to speak Korean is a PLUS
Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams
- Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

Contract Type
- Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
- All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.
Location
- 100% remote - Flexible in location
Core Collaboration Window
- To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [10:00 – 19:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
- - The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
- Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
Service Fee
- Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

- In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
Payment
- You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
- You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support

SKILL ASSESSMENT

There will be an skill assessment round(assignment round) for this project.
- The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.
This assignment is designed to reflect the actual work you'll be doing in the role. We won't use your assignment for any commercial purposes.
