PROJECT OVERVIEW

This 1-month project is open to a creative AI character writer who will create 50 original, IP-safe AI companion characters for Loveydovey Lite, TainAI's free web service launching in the Philippines, turning trending local story concepts into engaging characters that Filipino users will love to chat with.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

• AI Character Planning & Creation

  • Research trending character concepts in Filipino short dramas, webtoons and AI character chat services.
  • Reinvent reference characters into original, IP-safe characters with new names, AI-generated images and settings.
  • Write in-depth character prompts and example dialogues in natural English for Filipino users.
  • Generate 3:4 character images with AI tools and log the tools and prompts used.
  • Track each reference and what was changed in a comparison table for HQ's IP review.
• Deliverables
  • Create 50+ original characters for Loveydover by the end of the project
    
  • NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• High-level English proficiency to communicate with the internal team, mainly via text/chat, and execute assigned tasks
• Familiarity with popular Filipino short dramas, web novels or AI character chat apps.

• Experience using AI image tools (ex. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) to create character images.
• Creativity to turn an existing idea into a fresh, original character and bring it to life through personality, speech style and sample conversations.
• Organized enough to keep track of your work in spreadsheets or Notion.
• This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
  • Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates who can understand Tagalog are welcome to apply
• Experience creating characters or prompts for AI chat apps.
• A background in web novels, fan fiction or role-play writing, especially romance or BL.
• A good sense of what young Filipino audiences enjoy.
• Basic knowledge of copyright for AI-generated content.
• Ability to communicate in Korean is a PLUS

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

• Contract Type
  
  • Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
  • All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.

• Location

  • 100% remote - Flexible in location
• Core Collaboration Window
  
  • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [10:00 – 19:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
  • • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
      
    • This is a short-term project, which will approximately last for 1 month
  • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
• Service Fee
  
  • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

  • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.

• • You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  • You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support
