JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in marketing projects for Amapress’ clients, setting up and optimizing various advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Google, Meta, and TikTok.

• Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Shopee, Google, Meta, and TikTok
• Research keywords and optimize keyword performance
• Execute and optimize bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, etc.) to maximize ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
• Build efficient workflows by using AI tools to improve speed and productivity

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, eCommerce marketing, or related fields
• Fluent in spoken English to communicate with the Global team in online meetings
• Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following platforms: Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopee
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and reporting frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Ability to understand and communicate in Korean is a PLUS (no speaking required)
• Prior experience managing and optimizing Amazon and TikTok advertising campaigns
• Ability to submit a portfolio demonstrating previous campaign planning, performance analysis, and reporting
• Highly interested in Korean content, culture, or brands
• Proven track record of driving results through data-driven optimization

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 18 M VND /month
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
