We are looking for social media specialist to run influencer free gifting campaigns in the Southeast Asia, Middle East, and India markets. This role involves listing influencers, securing shipping addresses, managing seeding progress, and monitoring content, and requires a strong understanding of social media marketing and local consumer trends.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based on the guidelines provided by the marketer, you will produce video and banner ad creatives required for running ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok USA.

• Ad creative production
  • Create Videos and images for social media advertisement
  • Redesign and variation production of existing assets
  • Design implementation utilizing limited resources with AI tools
  • KPI to deliver: at least 30 ad creatives per month (Videos & Images)
• Platform-Optimized Design and Archiving
  • Format conversion according to each advertising platform's official guidelines
  • Size conversion and resizing, aspect ratio adjustment, video length editing, thumbnail image creation, etc.
  • Creating platform-specific versions of the same advertising assets
  • Folder structure and file organization according to naming conventions
• Advertising Design Archive Management
  • File organization and folder management according to naming conventions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of work experience in e-commerce and social advertising design
• Proficiency in video production and design tools
  • e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, CapCut, etc.
• Ability to generate images and create advertisements using AI tools
• Understanding of short-form video ad content: TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• Strong understanding of platform-specific ad creative guidelines and creator content utilization
• Strong understanding of advertising licenses (Paid and Organic, license expiration schedules, secondary processing feasibility, etc.)
• Workable English communication skills via chat & creating video
  • Our target market is USA, so all your ads will be created in English
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experienced in creating short-form content or advertising banners for users in the US, Europe, etc.
• Have a strong understanding of or experience producing UGC videos related to cosmetics topics

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 10 AM – 11 AM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Specialist : Gross 12 ~ 16 VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
