PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project is open to a professional designer who will shape how K-brands look and sell in the US market, creating the social media, advertising and eCommerce visuals behind SeedLab's client brand accounts, paid campaigns and creator seeding programs across TikTok Shop, Meta and Amazon, while keeping every piece true to each brand's identity and tailored to US consumers.

PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

• Creative Design & Social Content Production

  • Design social media content, including feed posts, carousels, and stories for US-targeted brand accounts.
  • Edit short-form videos using creator footage, including subtitles and thumbnails.
  • Develop Meta and TikTok ad creatives, producing multiple variations for A/B testing.
  • Design TikTok Shop product detail images and promotional banners.
  • Create campaign materials, including creator briefing guides and seeding proposals.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with each brand’s visual guidelines and tone of voice.
• Deliverables
  • Design around 70 deliverables (ad creatives and social media images) per month, including variations.
  • Produce around 20 short-form videos per month.
  • NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• Required Expertise

• • 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, or related field.
    • Design portfolio submission is required.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
  • Ability to edit short-form videos with Premiere Pro or CapCut.
  • Sufficient English proficiency to communicate with the internal team (speaking ability is required)
• This project is currently open ONLY to Vietnamese nationals who are residing in Vietnam.
  • Applicants must be able to provide a valid CCCD (Citizen Identification Card), a copy of the ID document, and proof of a bank account registered in Vietnam for contract and payment purposes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating social media content and ad creatives for US consumers, including Amazon A+ content.
  • Experience working with food or beauty brands.
  • Experience using AI image and video tools.
  • Ability to speak Korean is a PLUS

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

COLLABORATION TERMS

• Contract Type
  
  • Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
  • All contracts are issued and electronically signed directly with PICKDI Korea, headquartered in South Korea.

• Location

  • 100% remote - Flexible in location
• Core Collaboration Window
  
  • To coordinate deliverables and feedback in real time, availability is expected during the client’s core business hours: [10:00 – 19:00 (GMT+9), Monday to Friday]
  • • The hours stated above are based on Korean time.
  • Detailed collaboration arrangements are agreed directly per project
• Service Fee
  
  • Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

• • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
• Payment
  • You shall receive 100% of the agreed monthly gross service fee. Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  • You shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable personal income tax arising therefrom, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pickdi is not responsible for this procedure but will provide guidance & support
