JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and operational optimization for Lumio with a primary focus on Amazon US. Beyond day-to-day operations, the role leverages data to diagnose problems, execute solutions, and contribute to broader branding, marketing, and channel expansion initiatives, offering hands-on exposure to integrated brand building in eCommerce.

• Manage and optimize the Amazon USA Shop ; including listing SEO, A+ Content, Brand Store, FBA inventory, demand forecasting and ETC
• Analyze performance using tools such as Helium 10 (BSR, keywords, competitors, reviews)
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (ROAS, ACoS, TACOS) and manage major promotional events such as Prime Day and Black Friday
• Deliver data-driven weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, action plans, and results reviews
• Support marketplace expansion, including initial setup and operations for Amazon JP/CA, and assist with future Shopify-based D2C store operations
• Collaborate on integrated marketing initiatives, including off-Amazon traffic (UGC), KOC Bookings, and ad creative planning during non-peak periods

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating Amazon USA
• Comfortable communicating in English to discuss work with the team
  • Main work discussion is through chat/text, but there will be regular video meetings.
• Strong data analysis and execution skills, including proficiency with Amazon analytics tools and Google Sheets–based reporting
• Solid experience with Amazon PPC advertising
• Ability to handle English copywriting and business communication
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to communicate progress and blockers clearly and promptly
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience launching a new brand on Amazon US
• Background in beauty, haircare, or personal care categories
• Experience operating global platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada
• Hands-on experience in KOC Booking
• Experience working in startups or early-stage indie brands with rapid growth cycles

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 10 AM – 11 AM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month 
    
    • Incentives will be gifted when you achieve the monthly KPI
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
