ABOUT THE CLIENT
[ 6PENCE - A K-Beauty startup taking its own skincare brand, MELT HALO, into global markets ]
6PENCE is a beauty startup building K-Beauty brands for the global market, with a team that has led brand growth and global expansion at major Korean K-Beauty companies. In 2026 the company raised a KRW 2 billion seed round from investors including Amore Pacific and is now actively preparing to enter the U.S., Brazil, Southeast Asia, and Europe alongside Korea. It's still a team that moves fast, tests, and builds better methods as it goes rather than following fixed processes, so this position isn't a support role, but a core member helping shape influencer marketing across those global markets.
MELT HALO, 6PENCE's skincare brand, was founded to deliver products that create real, visible change in the skin. Starting with its PDRN Rejuvenating Mask, the lineup is expanding quickly into sun care, creams, and more. Influencer marketing and product seeding are central to how the brand grows abroad: rather than simply sending product to as many influencers as possible, the aim is to source creators in each country who are a genuine fit for MELT HALO, build real relationships with them, and grow a long-term global influencer network.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project focuses on discovering and directly communicating with beauty and skincare influencers in key markets such as the U.S., Brazil, and Europe, to support the global expansion of a Korean skincare brand. This goes beyond simple influencer listing work; you'll handle the full operational scope of the influencer seeding campaign, from influencer sourcing, outreach, and seeding negotiation, to shipment management, content upload follow-up, and performance data tracking.
PROJECT SCOPE (DELIVERABLES)

Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Source beauty and K-Beauty creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube across the U.S., Brazil, Europe, and other target markets, building and maintaining the creator database
- Screen creators on views, engagement, content style, and brand fit, not just follower count
- Reach out via email and DM, negotiate collaboration terms, and manage relationships long-term
Operations & Performance Management
- Confirm bookings, verify shipping info, and coordinate send-outs with the Korea team and logistics partners
- Track shipments to delivery and follow up until content goes live, collecting content URLs and performance metrics
- Manage the campaign funnel in Google Sheets and report results by country and campaign

Deliverables
- Discover and build a database of 500+ new influencers per month (North America / Japan / Taiwan / Europe / South America)
- Conduct 400+ new outreaches per month
- Confirm 100+ PR seeding collaborations per month
- NOTE: The figures above are estimates, meant to give you a general sense of the scope. The actual deliverables, volumes, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the project brief, which you and the client agree on together. There's room to discuss and adjust before anything is locked in.
REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC booking, or affiliate marketing
- Professional written English for email and social DMs (speaking ability also required)
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other global social platforms
- Able to research overseas influencers independently and judge brand fit
- Solid data management in Google Sheets or Excel
- Able to run parallel conversations with many influencers while keeping progress organized
- Diligent and consistent with high-volume outreach and follow-up, self-directed in prioritizing work against defined goals
- We are currently able to contract with freelancers holding Vietnamese citizenship only. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account registered under your own name.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese
- Hands-on experience running influencer seeding or PR gifting campaigns
- Background in or genuine interest in the beauty, skincare, or K-Beauty industry
- Marketing experience targeting the U.S., Brazil, or European markets
- Track record of sourcing influencers at scale directly on TikTok or Instagram
- Experience building or managing an influencer database or campaign dashboard
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to speed up research and streamline workflows

- Freelance Service Contract (independent contractor - not an employment relationship)
- Contracts are issued and e-signed through Kollab Agency Co., Ltd., Pickdi’s exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam

- Service Fee
- Fees are quoted per rate tier. Your tier is determined by the scope of deliverables you can independently handle, assessed through your portfolio and the assignment.

- In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Standard Monthly Fee is a reference amount based on an estimated 21 service days per month. The actual monthly amount is calculated on services delivered and may vary with the project scope.
- Payment

- 10% Personal Income Tax (PIT) is withheld from the gross service fee and declared on your behalf, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations for freelancers
- Payments are transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

- There will be an skill assessment round(assignment round) for this project.
- The assignment is only given to candidates who pass the CV round via email.
