JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work with Korean and Vietnamese team members to execute influencer campaigns targeting global markets.

• KOC Booking Operation
  • Operate free-gifting influencer campaigns, primarily targeting creators in the U.S. and Europe
    • KPI: Book 150+ nano and micro influencers per month
    • This KPI can be adjusted based on the workload related to other tasks
  • Develop content guidelines, review and refine influencer content, and identify effective hooking points
• KOL Booking & Social Media Challenges Operation
  • Select KOLs, review rates, and propose paid collaboration opportunities
  • Plan and manage influencer communities and challenge-based campaigns
• Marketing Research Support
  • Research competitors by collecting data from platforms such as YesStyle and Olive Young Global
  • Support TikTok market research, including search volume, hashtags, content trends, and bestseller rankings
  • Assist with additional research tasks as needed based on ongoing campaign requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or KOL/KOC booking
  • Experience as an intern is not allowed
• Hands-on experience creating influencer content guidelines from start to finish
• Experience connecting influencer bookings to eCommerce sales performance
• Comfortable communicating with Korean team members using AI translation tools
• Sufficient language proficiency to communicate with the Korean team and influencers in English or Korean
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience managing KOL budgets of USD 10M or more
• Hands-on experience using influencer marketing tools such as Exolyt or Fastmoss
• Proven experience running TikTok Shop affiliate programs with measurable results preferred
• Experience planning or executing offline pop-up events
• Spanish major or possession of relevant Spanish language proficiency certifications

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
